Position Overview
We currently have a 6 month contract opening for a Travel Insurance Customer Rep.
Primary responsibilities include, providing excellent client service to individual group benefit plan members on their insurance requirements using established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment.

What you bring to this role
Customer service skills and previous call center experience an asset
R.I.B.O. licence or accident and sickness licence is required. 
Post-secondary degree
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
You are team spirited and can collaborate well with others
