Full-Time Technical Support Representative
Job Description
PBL Insurance limited is looking for a Technical Support Representative (TSR) to assist the Commercial Lines department in meeting service level objectives by updating client information and producing quality documents.
Responsibilities:
1. Process, issue and verify endorsements, renewals and new business documents.
2. Prepare binders, motor vehicle liability cards and certificates of insurance.
3. Process invoices, finance contracts and accompanying client letters.
4. Update client data in TAM and Policy Works.
5. Prepare pre-renewal client information packages.
6. Report claims where required
7. Scan and attach documents in Paperwise.
8. Manage activities in TAM by following up on open activities and closing activities upon completion of required assignment.
9. Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes and provide reception relief.
10. Complete duties according to corporate policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years related experience
2. RIBO License preferred
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
4. Working knowledge of Agency Manager (TAM) is an asset
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up on uncompleted tasks
7. Ability to work in a fast paced and electronic file environment
8. Effective written and verbal communication
9. High performance team player with positive and outgoing attitude
