Technical Service Representative, Commercial Lines – Vaughan Area
Primary Duties:
- preparing documentation, letters, certificates of insurance
- accurate processing of endorsements, invoice transactions
- handling routine inquiries and facilitate processing requests
- provide prompt and professional service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- RIBO license an asset
- strong knowledge of commercial lines products and wordings
- proficient computer skills in MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
