Fantastic New Opportunity! Personal Lines Lines Team Manager – Etobicoke Ont. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Scheduling Staff
  • Coaching, Mentoring Staff
  • Deal with Problem Files that escalate
  • Manage a team of 6  personal lines CSR’s, 2 TSRs
  • Manage staff conflicts
  • Lead monthly Account Manager staff meetings
  • Provide updates on markets, coverages, general industry to CSR’s
  • Oversee training of new employees
  • Improve workflow and procedures
  • Track new business, cancellations etc.
  • Participate is setting new business targets and retention goals
  • Manage a Personal Lines Small Book

Requirements:

  •   RIBO License required
  •   People Management within a Brokerage
  •   University Degree or College Diploma, CAIB and/or CIP designation an asset
  •   5-10 years Personal Lines Exp.
  •   Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills
  •   Ability to work well under pressure
  •   Strong Emphasis on a Positive Team Dynamic
  •   Excellent time management and organization skills
  •  High attention to detail and accuracy
  •  Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
