Senior Personal Lines Account Manager – Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO)
Our client is a boutique insurance Broker which has developed a reputation over the past 70 years for being honest, trusted professionals who care about their clients.
The successful candidate will focus on servicing a book of long term personal lines accounts and continue to develop strong relationships.
Job Description:
- Respond to incoming calls and service the client’s needs
- Improve customer retention by providing exceptional service
- Help customers with billing related questions as well as changes to their policies
- Offer insurance advice, process changes, and enter the changes into the insurance system
- Give claims advice to clients, report claims, and follow up on claims
- Provide quotes to new clients and cross sell existing accounts
Qualifications:
- RIBO license
- 5 to 10 years’ work experience in a customer-driven environment, preferred insurance Brokerage experience
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Work well in team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Computer system is Powerbroker – must be completely proficient
