Full-Time Senior Claims Representative
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the investigation of personal lines automobile claims by obtaining statements and reports from the insured, witnesses and appraisers. This person will communicate with customers to effectively negotiate and settle claims in an efficient manner, as well as addressing any questions or complaints from clients.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Previous Insurance experience
- 6+ years claims experience
- CIP or working towards would be an asset
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Objective judgment skills
- Attention to detail is essential
