Our client, a leading and innovative insurance company that prides itself on providing exceptional customer service, is looking for an experienced and personable Claims Adjuster to join their Edmonton team
The successful candidate will be responsible for the negotiation, evaluation, and settlement of large complex claims with a focus on commercial and auto claims.
Responsibilities:
- Asses coverage, examine and provide professional direction.
- Make contact with client on all new claims.
- Set reserves and authorize payment.
- Coordinate and perform timely investigations.
- Document all communications.
- Ensure all negotiations on claims are done with integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims
- Strong commercial claims and auto claims experience, including BI and AB
- Currently working towards a CIP Designation would be considered an asset.
- Must have exemplary communication, customer service and analytical skills.
