Job Description
Our Client a highly reputable brokerage firm is looking for an established Sales Broker with managment and training experience.
Offering excellent benefits, a fantastic compensation pacvkage along with lots of support from the Principal broker. The position requires more of a hands on sales management experience, rather than operational. We need someone who can lead the existing team to further growth, who can recruit and develop new Producers and work in the field with them to grow our business volume.
Responsibilities:
The person would be an experienced sales management leader who will coach, mentor and lead the current team of 12 Producers
Ability to recruit 2-3 top notch producers per year who have experience in the mid to large account space
Develop sales team leaders (we have one already) to facilitate scaling the team significantly, moving forward
They have a very strong Group Benefits/Pension Sales Manager who this individual will work closely with as we are a multi-disciplined shop with a whole account’ approach to selling
The candidates need to reside in our immediate trading area or be prepared to live here in the near future
Qualifications:
RIBO license in good standing is required
Over 5 years experience in Commercial Lines
Experience with TAM (The Agency Manager) is an asset
Working towards CAIB and/or CIP is preferred. Personable, motivated, results oriented
Proven sales Skills an Asset
Management experience, Book of business
