Our client, an exceptional brokerage in the West GTA, is hiring a Sales Manager to provide direction to marketing, sales strategy as well as contributing to the overall effectiveness of the brokerage by being a key part of the management team.
The suitable candidates will have a proven track record of successful sales management and direction including:
providing support to the sales team in preparing RFPs and proposals
identifying training opportunities and creating training programs to address knowledge and skill gaps
analyzing sales data and working with operations to support sales goals
manage sales training
Job Requirements:
at least 5 years of experience in broker management, specifically relating to sales
RIBO license in good standing
a “roll up your hands” management attitude
commitment to keeping abreast of upcoming trends and theories regarding broker management
