Residential Loss Prevention/Home Inspector
We are seeking one full time and one part time Residential Loss Prevention/Home Inspector in your area. The ideal candidate(s) will have knowledge in residential construction. This is a contract position. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated, have a reliable vehicle to travel to and from appointments and be proficient with a computer. This position includes conducting an interview, making observations of a building, measuring a building and taking photographs. This is not a sales position. Work will be assigned to you. This job does require traveling in your area to and from assignments.
A mandatory background check is required for the successful candidate. This includes a criminal background check.
