We are hiring for a Relationship Manager in our Cambridge, Brantford or  Toronto office.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible to provide service excellence to our Personal Lines INFINITE customers.  The incumbent will be responsible for servicing and maintaining the existing portfolio as well as pursuing new business through effective prospecting and cross lines selling of existing clients.

The successful person will build relationships with existing clients, understand their needs to deliver and exceed client expectations while developing new clients, centers of influence and network of referrals.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO License is required or ability to obtain RIBO
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Previous insurance experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • CAIB or CIP designation (or working towards designation) would be an asset.
