JOB DESCRIPTION
Over all Job Scope
To provide Reception and Office Admin/TSR support service to a small but dynamic group of Brokers. Being a small office the incumbent is expected to be adaptive and flexible in helping the rest of the team in achieving the corporate goals.
RECEPTIONIST
· Answer telephone
· Greet guests to the office
· If necessary – prepare coffee for guests to office
· Organize meetings
· Receive, date stamp and distribute mail
· Prepare outgoing mail
· Filing
· Maintain office supplies
· Prepares invoicing, billings, memos using TAM
· Order office supplies
Specific skills required of the incumbent
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication oral and written skills with a professional presentation
Very good typing and computer skills
Excellent ability on Microsoft Word and Outlook
Good computer skills for e-mail
Minimum 1 year prior Insurance Brokerage experience
