Job Description
My client is looking for a Receptionist. RIBO would be an asset. Must have some insurance background.
This is a small office, not stressful, and a good place to start your career.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Handle invoicing
Daily deposits
Greet Clients
Sort and prepare incoming and outgoing mail/courier.
Take messages when required.
IF RIBO LICENSED:
Handle daily client inquiries
Endorsements
Review and prepare renewals.
