Full-Time PL Technical Service Representative
Job Description
The primary focus for this skilled technical representative is to assist our internal client service representatives so they are able to efficiently and professionally provide our clients with best in service.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry and invoicing transactions
- Ensuring accurate processing of policy documentation such as renewals, new policies and endorsements
- Assisting the department in preparing quotations, proposals, binders and other assignments as may be required
- Providing our CSR’s with prompt, courteous and professional service
- Back-up reception duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Personal Lines insurance brokerage experience
- A RIBO licence would be considered an asset
Skills:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Computer knowledge in MS Office products such as Word and Excel, and experience with The Agency Manager (TAM) would be considered an asset
