Job Description
Our Client a large brokerage with head office in Toronto and affililate branches all over Ontario is looking for an assistant to join their personal lines team in Durham region in a smaller office.
In business for over 60 years they are reputable, well run and have acquired several others brokerages in the past several years. They offer competitive wages, benefits 5 % RSP match along with plenty of growth.
Responsibilities:
Data entry and invoicing transactions
Ensuring accurate processing of policy documentation such as renewals, new policies, and endorsements
Assisting our department in preparing quotations, proposals, binders and other assignments as may be required
Providing our CSR’s with prompt, courteous and professional service
Back-up Reception duties
Qualifications:
2+ years p/l experience
Computer Packages TAM
