Job Description
Entry Level Broker – Personal Lines
Main Duties (these may vary, depending on your experience)
– Daily Courier and postage processing
– Update client files in the Broker Management System (BMS) from policy documents or Edoc
– Process renewal, policy change, and new business letters in BMS
– Update Claims activity in BMS
Personal Characteristics:
– Professional, friendly and respectful in all interactions
– A team player, with the ability to adapt to chang
– Detail oriented
– Able to perform well under pressure in a busy office
Qualifications:
– Prior insurance experience prefered
– Preference will be given to those who are familiar with the SigXP Broker Management System.
– Preference will be given to those with a RIBO License.
