Job Description
Are you a conscientious individual, detail-oriented, organized? Come join our Team in our Don Mills, office, in the role of a Technical Service Representative?
Main Duties (these may vary, depending on your experience)
– Daily Courier and postage processing
– Update client files in our Broker Management System (BMS) vs policy documents or Edoc
– Process renewal, policy change, and new business letters in our BMS
– Update Claims activity in our BMS
Personal Characteristics:
– Professional, friendly and respectful in all interactions
– A team player, with the ability to adapt to change
– Detail oriented
– Able to perform well under pressure in a busy office
Qualifications:
– MINIMUM of 1 year as a Technical Service Representative in an Insurance Brokerage
– Preference will be given to those who are familiar with the SigXP Broker Management System.
– Preference will be given to those with a RIBO License.
