Full-Time Personal Lines Technical Service Representative
Job Description
The main focus for this skilled Technical Service Representative is to assist our internal Client Service Representatives so they can provide our clients with professional service.
This individual’s primary responsibilities include:
- Data entry and invoicing transactions
- Ensuring accurate processing of policy documentation such as renewals, new policies, and endorsements
- Assisting the department in preparing Quotations, Proposals, Binders and other assignments as requested
- Providing your internal clients with prompt, courteous and professional service
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Personal Lines brokerage experience
- A RIBO licence would be considered an asset
Skills:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Computer knowledge in MS Office products such as Word and Excel required; and experience with The Agency Manager (TAM) would be considered an asset
