Fantastic New Opportunity! Personal Lines Team Manager – Etobicoke Ont.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
◦ Scheduling Staff
◦ Coaching, Mentoring Staff
◦ Deal with Problem Files that escalate
◦ Manage a team of 6 personal lines CSR’s, 2 TSRs and lease with 10 Producers
◦ Deal with problem clients that escalate
◦ Manage staff conflicts
◦ Lead monthly Account Manager staff meetings
◦ Provide updates on markets, coverages, general industry to CSR’s
◦ Oversee training of new employees
◦ Improve workflow and procedures
◦ Track new business, cancellations etc.
◦ Participate is setting new business targets and retention goals
◦ Manage a Personal Lines Small Book & a Commercial Lines Small Business Book
Requirements:
◦ RIBO License required
◦ People Management within a Brokerage
◦ University Degree or College Diploma, CAIB and/or CIP designation an asset
◦ 5-10 years Personal/Commercial Insurance Experience
◦ Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills
◦ Ability to work well under pressure
◦ Strong Emphasis on a Positive Team Dynamic
◦ Excellent time management and organization skills
◦ High attention to detail and accuracy
◦ Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
