Job Description
Our client a large brokerage in the concord area is looking to fill a Team Lead position. Offering a great work environment along with strong growth potential and a chance to develop managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage a group of CSR’s and TSR’s in a personal lines department
Work closely with team to develop employees
Manage irate Clients
Auditing, coaching and mentoring
Qualifications:
RIBO license
5+ years experience in personal lines
Some supervisory or Team Lead experience
Personable, team player and open minded
Results oriented
CIP or enrollment
