Personal Lines Sales Broker
Our successful client is adding to their new sales team. Call centre environment.
This is the perfect opportunity for a STRONG SALES PERSON.
Do you enjoy the call centre environment and are used to being monitored for quality and volume of calls? If you are EXCELLENT at sales and may be limited by your earning potential this position will pay commission on top of a base salary. This is a great opportunity for you to learn the Broker Markets.
We are looking for someone with these qualities.
- Ideally someone that’s worked in an insurance call center.
- Able to work evenings now open until 6pm but intend to extend the service to 8pm.
- Your time will be 80% sales , 20% service
- RIBO license
- Unlike the call center, the bonus is a big portion of the compensation.
- You are great at sales and looking for an opportunity to enter the Broker side.
- Power Broker, CompuQuote
- Energetic, enthusiastic
**Potential for growth for the right person to move into Team Lead type role.
**Also potential to move into Commercial.
