Personal Lines Customer Service Broker

Our successful client is growing and looking to add to their team. As an experienced Broker you would be servicing an existing book of personal lines business. Good salary, benefits and commission on New Business.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability and desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced, team environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Passion for client service and a career interest in account management
  • Obtain necessary documents when binding new accounts
  • Request and process required policy changes
  • Reporting of new claims and following up on existing open claims
  • Review renewal policies
  • Remarketing of client coverage’s
  • Monitor & maintain monthly expiration report
  • Create Liability Slips when required
  • Enter endorsements in company portals

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years RIBO license
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, CompuQuote and The Agency Manager (TAM)
  • Outgoing personality. Self-motivator/starter & must be able to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities and client/Account Manager requests
