Our client, an established brokerage in Edmonton, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines CSR to join their team. This brokerage provides a high-energy, positive office environment with a strong focus on providing all of its employees with hands-on support and the resources they need to be successful. The qualified candidate will have great communication skills as well as experience working in personal lines and assisting with the handling a book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts.
- Provide service to clients.
- Develop and manage relationships with insurance professionals.
- Handle referrals from the commercial lines team.
- Process changes and issue insurance documents.
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of Personal Lines experience.
- Level 1 Insurance License.
- Must be client focused with outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
