Full-Time Personal Lines Inside Sales – Web Based
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and online leads from prospects seeking insurance solutions being a trusted insurance advisor meeting the needs of our clients
- Achieving and exceed set Service Level Agreements and monthly sales targets
- Following up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and professional advice
- Completing all applicable documentation with accuracy in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, along with company guidelines and requirements
- Following brokerage and insurance company binding guidelines
- Actively participate in training initiatives and professional development required of the position
Skills & Experience
- Post Secondary Education
- Motivated self-starter who is results driven and has a positive attitude
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service and sales track record
- RIBO license in good standing with minimum of 1-year personal lines experience or RIBO licensed and sales in another industry
- Call Centre experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous Experience in Broker Management Systems, Power Broker, Compu-Quote, CRMs and other insurance technologies is an asset
