Job Description
We have an independent insurance and financial services brokerage that develops long-term customer relationships seeking a Personal Lines CSR. They are committed to providing innovative, quality products and services through their team of experienced professionals.
¨ Personal insurance sales including prospecting and lead generation
¨ Service of an existing book of business
¨ Work to develop and improve the sales process

¨ Strong organizational skills
¨ Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities and client/Account Manager requests

¨ Passion for client service and a career interest in account management
¨ Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, CompuQuote and The Agency Manager (TAM) SPECIFIC TASKS
NEW BUSINESS
¨ Prospecting new personal insurance clients
¨ Providing detailed quotes and summaries of coverage to new prospects
¨ Obtain necessary documents when binding new accounts
¨ Review quotes to ensure accuracy
SERVICE EXISTING CLIENT BASE
¨ Request and process required policy changes
¨ Reporting of new claims and following up on existing open claims
¨ Up-Sell and Cross Sell RENEWALS AND REMARKETS
¨ Review renewal policies
¨ Remarketing of client coverage’s
¨ Monitor & maintain monthly expiration report
¨ Create Liability Slips when required
ENDORSEMENTS
¨ Take by phone or email
¨ Issue endorsement in company portal
¨ Update policy documents
¨ Update TAM
¨ Abeyance for company document
¨ Review for accuracy and send to client with appropriate documentation MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES
¨ All other duties as assigned
SERVICE EXISTING BOOK OF BUSINESS
¨ The Account Executive will be responsible for the servicing of a book of business
NEW BUSINESS SALES TARGETS AND COMMISSION GENERATE NEW BUSINESS FROM PROSPECTING SALES TARGETS
¨ The monthly sales target is $1,500 in gross commission (approximately $10,000 in premium).
¨ The Account Executive will earn 25% of the gross commission written each month
