Full-Time Personal Lines CSR (some commercial )
Job Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Manager – Personal Lines to work with their team. This is a small town brokerage who has been in operation for over 70 years.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years RIBO licensed insurance broker experience. They will handle a share of an alpha split of existing clients, preferably mixed between personal and small business commercial lines policies. There are great opportunities to up sell and cross sell as well as selling new business.
Job Duties:
-Service existing portfolio, manage incoming client requests promptly
-Maintain service standards to all clients
-Promote cross-selling & up sell opportunities
-New Quotes
-Send all required documents to clients
-Invoicing
-Follow up for abeyances
-Market and remarket when necessary
-Bind accounts/coverage with insurer
-Maintaining good working relations with insurers
– Any other duties as required
Requirements:
-Current Ribo License
-Minimum of 3 years Personal Lines experience
-Working knowledge of Tam, MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Strong customer service experience (over the phone, in person)
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills
-Strong attention to detail & accuracy
-Excellent organization skills
-Strong team player – ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
-Positive attitude, team player
-Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
-CIP, FCIP, or CAIB designation or working towards completion an asset
