PERSONAL LINES CSR SALES AND SERVICE
Service a Home and Auto books of business with some small commercial accounts.
- R.I.B.O Licensed
- Experienced and efficient in personal lines coverage and have broad technical knowledge and market intelligence across a variety of industry products
- Prompt and efficient handling of customer questions and requests for policy changes, claims reporting, resolving billing issues, explaining coverages to customers, implementation of customer retention projects and activities, policy renewal evaluations, and comparison quotes.
- Delivering quotes, information and applications for new business to the producer. Implementing cross-selling efforts to existing customers, evaluating new customers in light of underwriting criteria, utilization of database to identify marketing opportunities.
- Pro-actively securing terms and preparing marketing submissions and client proposals with responsibility for correspondence and negotiations with underwriters
- Analyze client coverage, exposures and loss experience to determine risk requirements
- Review policy wordings and other documentation for accuracy and completeness and finding gaps in coverage
- Calculate adjustments and premiums on policies and other insurance documents.
- Assist in collection of Accounts Receivables while adhering to management standards
- Independently able to perform due diligence on insurance programs for existing client and prospects as necessary.
COMPUTER: TAM, Compu-Quote, Microsoft Office, Insurance Portals, Excel and Word.
