Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of personal lines policyholders
- Duties will include fielding and responding to customer inquiries, processing policy changes and endorsements, marketing renewals, cross-selling and up-selling
Qualifications:
- Personal Lines Customer Service experience
- RIBO licensed
- Sound knowledge of personal lines coverages, terms and conditions
- Good communication skills, professional demeanor and a strong team orientation
- CAIB/CIP courses an asset
- Knowledge of TAM an asset
