Job Description
We are looking for a person that is accurate, cares about our clients and works well on a team. We want young people with drive, accuracy and a caring spirit as they work with our clients. We have 36 years in this great business and with your experience and our mentoring, you can be sure your work here will be rewarding. Most of our employees, in our growing brokerage, have been here more than 15 years.
We assign each person specific accounts, so you get to know the clients you are servicing.
Our office is 80% paperless, so you need to be good on computers.
We are located at HWY 7 and Leslie, so there is no downtown traffic to contend with.
We are a busy solution oriented Broker that has a production team and a service team to keep and grow our business. We insure a lot of churches, contractors and small businesses. The person, we are looking for, must be able to work independently as well as part of a growing team or 30 Brokers. The position entails, billing, obtaining underwriting information and working with our many clients to give Excellent Personal Service.
We have an excellent Pension Plan, a GREAT work environment, and a flex day system.
Superior telephone manner, effective communication skills, are important. You must like to work with the public.
A TEAM PLAYER is a must. We all work together to develop long term clients, and we want someone looking for a long term position, to grow with our company.
