Full-Time Personal Lines CSR
Job Description
Our client is well established and operate out of beautiful facilities in Cambridge, Ontario.
- They looking for someone with great customer skills, preferably someone with at least 5 years experience.
- There are about 6 Personal Lines brokers in this office and they have multiple locations.
- They always promote from withing, therefore there is a lot of room for growth
- Salary ranges between 38,000 to 50,000
- New Business referrals is a small part of the job, therefore they do not have a large commission structure but they do offer incentives for any New Business that is promoted.
- They have a FULL BENEFITS package
- Vacation is negotiable upon hire.
Qualifications:
- RIBO License is required or ability to obtain RIBO
- Minimum of 2-3 years insurance experience is preferred but may not be necessary for the right candidate
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills?CAIB or CIP designation (or working towards designation) would be an asset.?
