Personal Lines CSR – RIBO Licensed

Vichitra  Insurance Brokers  is an independent insurance brokerage delivering expertise in a full range of Personal Lines Automobile, Property and Commercial Lines products and services .We are looking for a full time Personal Lines CSR to join our team. The ideal person for this role needs to be reliable, detail oriented, customer focused, with good computer skills.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO Licensed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2 years experience as a Personal Lines CSR with a client relationship focus and a strong knowledge of personal lines insurance coverage and processes
  • Professional, punctual, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Strong computer skills and proficient Microsoft Office, Power Broker and Compu-Quote
  • Process client payments and inquiries
  • Preparing pink slips, binders, certificate of insurance, processing endorsements on Power Broker and Company Portals
  • Process changes via EDI upload/download and insurer portals
