Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to existing insurance clients.
Specific Job duties and descriptions include:
Address client inquiries about coverage and provide coverage advice
Make changes to clients existing client policies as necessary
Advise clients on claim processes and procedures and when necessary, resolve conflict or advocate on a clients behalf
Review new business applications and issue policy documents
Attend professional development programs to grow your knowledge as a professional
Qualifications:
RIBO, 3+ years personal lines experience
Excellent communication skills
Professional, team player
Strong computer skills
