Job Description
We are a growing, successful insurance company looking for a professional and hard-working individual to add to our team looking to grow within the company! Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Rep.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Servicing existing clients (endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, etc)
- Quoting existing clients
- Upselling and remarketing of renewals as necessary
- Retaining a current book of business
- Must be RIBO licenced
- 3 years experience in a CSR role
- Strong organization skills and customer service skills
- Must be a team player
