We are a growing, successful insurance company looking for a professional and hard-working individual to add to our team looking to grow within the company! Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Rep.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Servicing existing clients (endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, etc)
• Quoting existing clients
• Upselling and remarketing of renewals as necessary
• Retaining a current book of business
• Must be RIBO licenced
• 3 years experience in a CSR role
• Strong organization skills and customer service skills
• Must be a team player
