Description: Job Duties:
Recognized as an innovator and industry leader,our client provides customers with a full range of home and auto insurance to suit their individual needs. As an employer,they extend the same professionalism to their people.
They are offering a full-time permanent position to that individual holding a RIBO license.
Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must demonstrate how their knowledge, skills and/or experience correspond to each of the following essential qualifications:
1) Willingness to learn and/or previous insurance knowledge including applicable provincial insurance license, and experience in home and auto insurance products and services;
2) Sales experience including identifying customer needs and cross selling opportunities, selling to new customers who have expressed interest in our product and addressing client concerns to close the sale; Great commission if you are so inclined. Not mandatory.
3) Customer service skills including professionalism and the ability to provide information related to inquiries and requests;
4) Telephone skills related to both incoming and outgoing calls including collecting and providing information and documenting calls;
5) Written and spoken communication skills including documenting information, modifying letters, etc., as well as the ability to explain technical terms in words that customers can easily understand;
6) Skills including time management, interpersonal, conflict resolution, team work, information gathering, problem solving and adapting to change;
7) Experience using insurance programs.
Good benefits
Base salary: $41K (flexible) .
Good commission for those CSR’s who want to earn extra income. Some of their CSR’s earn $8 – 9K in commission on an annual basis. You would cross sell with your existing client base plus any new business or clients you may bring. We pay 60 % for the 1st year only. No commission for renewals.
