Full-Time Personal Lines Claims Representative
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all Personal Lines claims that come into the office
- Daily follow ups with adjusters on status of all claims-making sure activities are current and complete
- Updating all Claim summaries
- Handle any claim inquires or concerns from clients
- Making sure claims are being closed efficiently and effectively
- Review enter claim cheques into TAM. Deliver claims cheques to clients when required
- Being able to act quickly and respond effectively to all client concerns
- Work closely with AA to make sure all opening and closing notices are looked after
- Add any opening notices not reported to us to the system and call client to make sure they are okay and to get all the details on the claim
- Review claim surveys when they come in – scan them and call the client to thank them for their reply and send to insurance companies to look at.
- Working closely with the Account Managers for both departments and the Account Executives
RIBO with 3-5 years broker experience
TAM experience
Claims experience
Excellent customer service skills and compassion for clients
