Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
- Respond to incoming calls and service the client’s needs
- Improve customer retention by providing exceptional service
- Help customers with billing related questions as well as changes to their policies
- Offer insurance advise, process changes, and enter the changes into the insurance system
- Give claims advise to clients, report claims, follow up on claims
- Provide quotes to new clients and cross sell existing accounts
Qualifications:
- RIBO license
- 2 to 3 years’ work experience in a customer-driven environment, preferred insurance Brokerage experience
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Work well in team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Computer system is Powerbroker – paperless
