Part Time Commercial Lines TSR – Oakville, ON
Our client is seeking a part time CL CSR to work 2-3 days a week to assist their producers with processing and reviewing endorsements and with new business.
Key Requirements:
RIBO license preferred but not essential
3-5 years commercial experience in a brokerage setting
Primary Duties:
- Preparing documentation, letters, certificates of insurance
- Accurate processing of endorsements, invoice transactions
- Handling routine inquiries and facilitate processing requests
- Provide prompt and professional service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- RIBO license would be an assset but not required
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and wordings
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Familiarity with TAM and Compu quote would be an asset
