The Client
An excellent opportunity is available with our client, a well-established professional services firm, located in Toronto. This company offers a great work environment. They are looking to add an Office Support Clerk to the team.

What you will be doing in this role!
Our client is seeking an administrator to provide top level support to the team.
Schedule and calendar management and coordination
Act as point of contact and refer calls to appropriate individuals
Have the ability to communicate, create documents and letters electronically
Ensure all documents and presentations are organized and prepared
Enter information in database accurately and in a timely manner
Scanning and filing documentation
Other duties as assigned

What you will bring to the role!

This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for a bright junior candidates. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
1 year experience within an office setting
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
High attention to detail
