The role
We are looking for an Office Services Assistant to join our busy Office Services team on an initial 6 month contract with a view to go permanent.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Restocking and distributing stationery supplies
- Sorting and distributing outgoing mail
- Escorting contractors onsite
- Assisting with internal office moves
- Issue and maintain records of security passes
- Coordinator office repairs and maintenance
- Booking couriers
- Archiving files
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and requests
- Physical duties involved
About you
To be successful in this busy role, strong organisational skills are essential and previous experience using a franking machine is preferred. You will also possess the following attributes:
- Proven attention to detail
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- A pro-active and flexible attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Fit to undertake physical duties
