Office Receptionist

Job Description:

Greeting customers, Insurance Company personnel, vendors and guests at the office

Reviewing client information and inquires – directing clients to the appropriate personnel

Operating a busy switchboard with 60 lines

Updating Claim Information

Data Entry

Review and assignment of incoming faxes

Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements / Qualifications:

Prior office and reception experience

Typing and Computer skills (Experience with Windows, Excel and other Microsoft programs an asset)

Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)

Friendly and outgoing positive attitude

Punctual

Organized

Adaptable to change
