Job Description
Our niche client base ranges from residential and commercial end-users to some of the most prominent architects, interior designers and building companies from all over the world.
This is a temporary position and is available for an immediate start (will wait for notice periods as required).
The role is unique and varied and will involve the following skills & responsibilities:
- overseeing day-to-day customer services, operations & administration
- fielding telephone and email enquiries and assisting clients where required
- obtaining freight costs and creating quotes/orders/purchase orders
- working closely with our warehouse & estimating departments
- managing sample library & distributing to clients.
This job is about being part of a creative, driven and successful team and therefore demands the need for autonomy, flexibility, attention to detail and reprioritisation of workload.
