Full-Time Office Manager
Job Description
Someone to run the day-to-day office and reporting into the CFO. This candidate should have strong administrative skills. They will be supervising 10 individuals within the office. The incumbent may or may not have previous management experience. No life license is required for this role. Will need previous experience in the industry, familiar with contracts, Customer Service, overseeing new business and inputting new business into the system. This is a newly created position. Fit is important. Someone that works hard and will take the role seriously.
Requirements
-Proficient in all MS Office
-Industry experience non-licensed
-Previous experience with WealthServ a must!
-Previous experience of a MGA
-Excellent Communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Attention to detail
-Lead by example
-Flexible and adaptable
-A sense of urgency
-Handle conflict and able to find resolutions
-Confident
-Ability to coach, mentor and train Jr. staff
