Contract Office Clerk
Job Description
One of our client has a position of office clerk to fill. We are looking for
someone that has good organizational skills as well as strong administrative
knowledge. The candidate would have to be able to work in high paced
environment. As the office clerk, you would have to support the Customer Service
department by providing clerical assistance like data entry, creation of
proposals, answering phone lines, manage schedule, etc.
Main Tasks:
ensure all information is in the database
maintain reports, pictures, insurance information, biling, etc
answer calls
update schedule on system
manage all follow-up with the clients of the company
Requirements:
High School Diploma
excellente English speaking and written
good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $40,000.00 /year
