Part-Time Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk
Job Description
Cochonnet Group, Inc. is in need of a casual Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join it’s team based at Calgary. As stated, this is a casual position, offering 18 – 20 hours per week.
Duties include – but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Answering Phones
- Ordering of Spare Parts as required
- Receipting of Spare Parts into our Dealer Management System (computer based program – inhouse training provided)
- Uploading of Insurance / Smash Quotes through Insurer websites
- Basic invoicing
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in an admin / office environment is essential.
- Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
