Job Description
The position holds a bunch of diversified and attractive tasks, and requires a reliable and steady personality in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Most importantly, you will also be one of the key touchpoints to our customers; helping to manage enquiries, providing basic product information and assisting with order-taking, as required.

- Good phone etiquette, taking phone orders and following up with customer enquires

- Ability to take initiative, be flexible and ‘think on your feet’
