Job Description

The position holds a bunch of diversified and attractive tasks, and requires a reliable and steady personality in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Most importantly, you will also be one of the key touchpoints to our customers; helping to manage enquiries, providing basic product information and assisting with order-taking, as required.

This is an opportunity for an experienced customer service team member with a strong work ethic to join a small dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a busy environment and resolving customer issues and providing efficient administrative support.

  • Ability to take initiative, be flexible and ‘think on your feet’
