Reporting to the Team Leader, Client Services, the Insurance Advisor, counsel’s individuals in regards to their Life Insurance needs and maintains the maximum level of service for our existing and new clients; handles sales calls to ensure the maximum level of service for our clients. Shifts will vary. Each call is different and we support you to ensure your success at work. Our training programs are within the best in the industry and we help you develop your competencies through coaching
Job Requirements
Customer Experience
- Proactively demonstrate leadership in client experience with the goal to deliver legendary customer experience and a create a positive impression by engaging our customers in a range of sales, service and information conversations
- Provide sound advice at every customer interaction, contributing to a legendary customer experience
- Meet the needs of customers by offering advice based on their specific situation by possessing a thorough knowledge of the customer life cycle needs
- Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary
- Possess expert knowledge of TD Life& Health products and services, and sound knowledge of procedures
- Develop and Manage the Team/Team Work
- Contribute to a positive working environment by maintaining professionalism at all times
- Actively participate in the performance management process
- Meet professional/personal development objectives by utilizing PDP’s
- Engage in and complete all internal training requirements for your role
- Actively participate in regular meetings and coaching sessions
- Provide guidance and support to other team members

- Engage customers in conversations to understand and meet their current and future needs by proactively providing them with advice on appropriate products and services
- Contribute toward the achievement of department business objectives by meeting or exceeding individual sales and/or productivity goals
- Act as and utilize departmental resources effectively
- Meet and adhere to phone management
Internal Practices & Processes
- Contribute to the departmental objectives for Operational excellence by adhering to compliance, ROA visits, Call Quality, Authentication and Audit
- Be knowledgeable and comply with Bank and industry code of conduct and regulations
- Ensure necessary due diligence is taken to support the accuracy of all customer interactions and transactions #LI-GM2
