About The Job
Eagle is currently seeking a Junior Call Centre Agent for a twelve (12) month contract position, scheduled to begin immediately.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Collecting on delinquent and over limit accounts while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and customer service focus within an account management call center environment;
Working with customers to identify opportunities for referrals and structured payment plan options;
Delivering high quality and professional customer service by reviewing, analyzing and diffusing (turning around) potential client complaints or escalations and,
Striving to meet and exceed performance objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
Customer service and negotiation skills;
Collection Agency experience;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Good attention to detail;
The ability to work independently and manage one’s time;
The ability to accurately document and record customer information and,
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
