Full-Time Internal Sales
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on person with a bright, positive attitude to fill a full-time internal sales role which will involve occasional deliveries. The position requires the successful candidate to be highly customer focused, flexible, team oriented & prepared to do “that little bit extra”. We are quite prepared to provide the necessary training.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
Excellent phone manner
Good organisational skills
A manual drivers licence with a good driving history
Competent computer skills
Strong customer service focus.
You will be required to take customer orders, assist external sales, attend to customer inquiries, maintain & update internal systems & procedures, invoicing & other routine, day to day sales tasks as well as deliveries from time to time as required.
This role requires a strong work ethic, enthusiasm & a keen desire to learn. It offers variety as well as plenty of face to face contact with suppliers and customers and is therefore a very important part of customer service. We are looking for someone to come into our business & become an integral part of it. To take ownership of their role & look upon it as a partnership where the success we achieve is just as important to you.
