ur Candidate is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Executive.

This position is one that is fast paced and forever evolving!  There’s new and exciting challenges on a regular basis and the right candidate for this role is one who is easy to adapt, and thrives on thinking outside the box.  We are passionate about customer service and work towards exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ experience selling home and auto and small commercial insurance packages with a proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets. Our Account Executives are able to work with various lead sources as well as have the ability to generate leads via their own sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Quoting / Closing sales (up sell, cross sell)
  • Attain premium sales targets
  • Placing business with the right market
  • Vast understanding of insurance company’s products Quality business
  • Following up on leads

Requirements:

  • Insurance (RIBO or OTL) License – Min 2 years’ experience selling home and auto insurance, preferably in a brokerage environment
  • Proven sales track record
    Personal and Commercial Lines underwriting knowledge
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Organizational skills (multi-tasking, time management)
  • Understanding of insurance software and rating engines
  • Understanding of market relations
  • After hours’ availability (required to be “on-call” evenings and alternating weekends)
  • various lead sources as well as have the ability to generate leads via their own sources.
