Our client, who prides themselves on offering a positive work environment and numerous perks, is currently seeking a Facilitator to join their friendly Edmonton office. This role will give you the opportunity to share your wealth of insurance knowledge with other brokers in a formal training capacity.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. If you have a comprehensive knowledge of insurance and feel passionate about educating others, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training programs will be offered in both a webinar and in-person instruction format.
- Attend industry events in order to network and become an integral part of the insurance community.
- Partake in the development of training programs, materials, and create coursework
- Liaise with management in order to ensure educational objectives are being met.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in personal or commercial lines insurance
- Experience teaching adults in a class-room setting
- Additional Insurance designations would be an asset
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to travel within Alberta up to 50% of the time
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are
